Amazing staff (no english but super helpful and nice), amazing cleanliness, view, perfect sunset, room super clean and modern. Beautiful cafe too. Easily reachable with taxi and remote from the city, in the nature.

The location is perfect for exploring Old Town, one of my favorite places in Phuket. The building and décor is absolutely stunning- it all looks like something from a movie. The rooms are well fitted and comfortable. The staff were helpful in organizing a lift to the airport. Our favorite place to stay in Phuket by far!

Hotel is new, clean and quit in old Phuket town. Bim and Ake are really friendly, ready to help you with everything what you are needing or looking for. They gave us many info, tips, proposals and it was a pitty, that we spent there just one night. They picked us up in the morning and we had awesome breakfast in the local restaurant with them. Next time we will stay longer...

I liked the privacy and trust by BAAN 125. We felt like we were staying in our own appartment without constant bother by other guests or staff. Cleaning staff were giggly and very helpful, hotel staff communicated via WhatsApp and they were very helpful even i boiled on a wrong date one night they accommodated our needs by offering hotel room last minute action. The situation on the hill side gave spectacular views over the bay. Both our villa and restaurants locations all gave the same wonderful experience. We invited friends to visit us for dinner one night and they (both American and local Thai) were bowled over by the location and views. Started the evening with drinks on the roof top and were treated to one of the best sunsets ever! We all acknowledged that it was not just the views that were splendid as the restaurant food was also exceptionally good. We should also mention that our villa, with its own private pool and balcony was beautifully positioned and furnished. Last word goes to the staff; from out butler to the grounds men and hotel staff in general they could not have been more accommodating - no wonder they call this ‘The land of Smiles’. Did I mention the Spa! - this is a place that could get you talking all day but I’m sure you get our impression of the place! 😁
