Everything! This is the best hotel in Samui for sure! the hotel itself is so nice and clean, the staff is phenomenal and the location is perfect for someone who wants to relax and have a peacfull vacation without noise. Food is fantastic, breakfast had various options and everything was delicious. They really did pay attention to every detail. Dont forget to check out their spa and the HARNN products which are divine😍 We are deffinitely gonna come back!

The location was in such a nice quiet chilled spot, quiet enough to be out of the hustle and bustle, close enough that things were only 5-20mins down the road. Loved it! Had a wonderful time at the Ritz-Carlton in Koh Samui. My wife and I were greeted with the utmost hospitality and enthusiasm from Erika at the reception. She also gave us our personal phone number and we could text her anytime for buggy service and within 5-10 minutes she would be there. Had dinner at Pak Thai restaurant which was exceptional. Our waitress Ally was so kind and helpful. All in all a great experience. Not to mention the room, which was beautiful, very clean and big. Had a beautiful sea view from the balcony even though we did not necessarily book a sea view room.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and polite. The food at the restaurant is amazing. There is direct access to the beach, as well as excellent facilities, including a pool, sun loungers, and massage services. I normally don't give 10 but this place was really nice. The staff is incredibly kind, I had a problem in the room and they fixed very fast. The bungalows are 15mt. from a great and relaxing beach. Towels for pool ans beach offered and the bed in the beach is i lncluded. Raccomended.

    The beach is beautiful and not over crowded. We spent most of our time at Pi Samui for delicious food and drinks at the southern end. Loved watching the sea truck driving guest to nearby island resort.

    Nice beach, but not exceptional.

    Nice beach, but not exceptional. There are a few locals offering local handmade products, clothes and food. They're very kind, occasionally you can make good deals. Various water sports activities are available, as well as special dinner programs (e.g. with fireworks) at certain hotels.

    we loved taking regular dips in the ocean from the pool area. the water was super clear and the sand hard packed and shallow for quite a distance. we loved to walk out and float in the ocean looking back at the hotel.

    I have been in Thailand 30 days and almost finishing my vacation time here, I visited Pattaya, Phuket and the most beautiful beach I found is choeng beach, I went directly to the resort and the beach was amazing clear water and the sand just amazing, I moved my last days to Ban po beach and I regreat not staying my full 5 days in choeng area.

    The best hotel in Samui! Thanks to the staff for taking care of us, from reception to the restaurant and cleaning staff, they made us feel like at home. Exceptional breakfast! 100% recommendable Thanks to the guy at reception for his recommendations and help with reservations. Very grateful! Also note that we left a jacket at the hotel and they kept it for us until we returned in a few days to pick it up! :)

    Our room was outstanding, the private pool was perfect. The property was extremely clean, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. It’s in a quiet location which for us was perfect but equally not far to beach and gorgeous restaurants. And there is a 7-eleven a tiny walk away. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in.

    It is one of the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are really spacious and have anything you need. It is ideally located on a really nice small beach and the street behind has a variety of restaurants and bars. It is a really family relaxed atmosphere. The staff is really nice.
