We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Hotel! Thank you so much to Cengiz, Ekram, and the entire staff for the warm welcome and great hospitality. Everyone was kind, professional. Marmaris is a fantastic town — the restaurants, shops, and overall atmosphere were wonderful. The shopkeepers do try to invite you into their stores, but they’re not pushy — if you say no, they leave you alone. The shopping is excellent, especially for sportswear, trainers, shoes, and bags — lots of great bargains and very good fakes. We visited at the end of September, which turned out to be an ideal time to go, with a nice mix of people and a great vibe. Icmeler is just 10 minutes away by taxi (around 500 lira) or by bus (about 1 euro), and buses run every five minutes, so I definitely recommend using them. Icmeler is also a beautiful town and a great place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back for another holiday!

Marmaris is beautiful , and is a great base for exploring the Turkish coastline by sea taxi or ferry , has everything you need and the local Turkish people are very friendly and are willing to go out of there way to help you if needed , loved it here :)

Great castle and museum - with amazing Roman artifacts and a splendid view from the battlements. The undercover market was huge and cool in the heat. The water show at 21:00 each evening was excellent Easy to get about on small buses cost 50p for entire journey. Lots of good places to eat - some even without a giant TV showing the football !!

If you want cheaper food and drinks stay off the beach front at night, but found not to bad .there are plenty of bars and restaurants away from the beach area.on a food budget nip into blueport shopping mall upstairs variety off foods all at affordable prices. Talk off the town evening show great very funny, worth a visit and drinks are good .

The location was surrounded by all night Disco Bars. Belting out music till 5 AM. The breakfast was non existent, and what was served was very poor quality. The deluxe room was microscopic. Everything was old and worn out. Staff completely not interested.

The owners were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel apartment was convenient for a family of 4 and the kids enjoyed the pool. The place is very clean, cozy and well maintained. Location is perfect and safe, near everything... beach, nightlife, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Icmeler beach is nicer than that of Marmaris and you can take all the same tours. If you'r looking for a budget friendly place to stay as a couple or family, Ustun Apart is ideal.

Lovely hotel.1min walk till beach, 1min walk to main shoping street.Staff was amaizing, all nice and kind. Girl in reception Bahar was so good 😍 help with everything what we need 😊 and other person name Alex made our stay. Room was good size, all clean, nice. Rain shower was amazing.Hotel have good size swimming pool what not tipical for Turkey 😊 room was clean every day. Breakfast was simple but good. Will return back again.

good location for the beach.... buses into marmaris central were every few minutes from just outside the hotel ...staff were pleasant and helpful especially the breakfast staff...the lady in particular always had a smile on her face ...room was a decent size.. although spotless time has taken its toll on the furniture...would definitely stay there again excellent value for money ...

The general manager was a really nice person and understanding. He did care about his guests and did try to help by giving us an upgrade, but the upgrade was still below a 5 star standard, the standard of the hotel rooms are 3 star at best. The view was good.
