We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. Despite the bad weather that prevented us from skiing as planned, we spent two wonderful nights as a family. We liked the location of the hotel and the quick response of the owner of the apartments: Musa left a parking space near the hotel, helped with check-in. Everything went quickly and positively. The apartment is clean, nice, with kitchen, Turkish hamam, large roof deck. There's a beautiful place for breakfast. Plus, we happened to be on republic day and watched the parade during breakfast. Musa allowed us to stay longer at no extra charge and we were able to enjoy the festivities and then pack up for the road in peace. It was a very pleasant experience. Next time we would like to stay here. Thank you Musa for your hospitality!
