Helpful and friendly staff, I particularly like the spacious and comfortable lobby, well decorated with Chinese antique, a quiet and comfortable library corner and a mini bar with free coffee and snack. My room was upgraded free to a deluxe family room, with good Mountain View. The free shuttle bus is convenient to commute to the train station. Everything in the room is clean and well-designed to suit the needs of a family with kids. Kids will never feel bored with the toys in the room and the children’s playroom on the third floor! Highly recommended for family vacations.

Location was perfect, at the Luo Dong night market. It’s located in the midst of the night market, so we could easily walk down to the night market right below. Great food, clean and good facilities. Worth it to stay here. There are washing machine and dryer, (you can bring your detergent or buy from counter) and staff were super friendly. Enjoyed our stay here with family. Thank you so much! The rooms are spacious, the facilities are very good. Kids room are fun, and the staff is very good at entertaining the kids with fun things. The pool area is nice and there is a small cafe where you can get snacks and drinks. The breakfast is overall international and there is something for everyone. The staff is one of the absolute best things about the hotel. They were so friendly and took very good care of us. We used a lot of Google translate because of the language barrier, but that was not a problem. We communicated very well that way. We had a very nice weekend here.

The hotel is stunning. I was particularly impressed by the space and comfort of my room, with private onsen on the patio. Staff is very kind and helpful. Japanese restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced for the price. The spa is fantastic too. There isn't much to do on foot around, but people come there mostly to enjoy the facilities of the great resort. Free bikes to rent and at least 3 konbini on walking distance
