Unbelievable staff who helped my family with their reservations during the typhoon. Professional and friendly without being overly attentive and formal. The hotel is very clean, the room is modern, clean, the bathroom has both shower and bathtube, I liked that there are windows everywhere. I loved the complementary sparkling water with lemon! The staff is very polite and helpful. The location is perfect, between 2 metro stations.

Super clean room, from the sheets to the bath sink, spotless! Excellent service, kitchen staff remembered our room numbers and faces, and arranged big table for our family. Front desk and housekeeping are so friendly and accommodating. Awesome buffet breakfast, delicious , full of variety, high quality for its value. Great location, 2 minutes from subway, short taxi ride to many destinations. Many restaurants nearby plus a night market. Free laundry room and gym on 15th floor. 2F lounge where snacks and drinks are offered from 2 to 10pm. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Great rooms, close to metro and light rail, very friendly staff, the rooftop terrace was amazing in the night. 7-Eleven and Family Mart in front of the hotel made it easy to charge the Easy card or get some light breakfast if you want to skip the full hotel meal.

Pretty new hotel. Facility and room is nice and clean. The restaurant hasn't opened yet when we stayed there so breakfast was sent to the room at the specified time we chose. Breakfast was very delicious and portions were good. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
