We had an amazing experience on Lamay Island. The host kindly came to pick us up at the ferry, which was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. From the moment we arrived, she and her family made us feel truly welcome. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always happy to help. Jen Jen was extremely accommodating when we did not realise the island was cash only with no ATMs for foreign cards. She created a PayPal account in order to get cash out for us. She also booked a trip for us to swim with the turtles which was very well organised and close to the hotel. She gave us a late check out as well free of charge. In general she was extremely helpful! As a side note the restaurant here is amazing and also great for vegetarians! All in all great place to stay if you’re going to XiaoLiuQiu

Excellent service. The host picked us up from the ferry terminal, took us to rent bikes and helped us book restaurants and taxi transfers. She was extremely helpful and responsive and reached out to us even before we arrived. The location is a few minutes bike ride from restaurants. The room was clean and bigger than expected. Breakfast was provided each morning and they let us borrow snorkels for our kids. We loved staying in xiao liu qiu.

I loved everything about this place! The couple that ran it were so welcoming and helpful they organised scooters for us to hire which was awesome. It was really cozy and relaxed and felt homely.

The owners are very kind. They offered help when needed. The location is very good in busy downtown, we could enjoy shopping and foods nearby and it is close to touristic places where we wanted to visit. We stayed for 3 nights with 2 kids and it was a very comfortable stay. They offer the several kinds of local breakfasts for self-pickup and hot soy milk. We want to stay again when we have chance to come back to Xiao-Liuqiu!

A very comfy stay! Absolutely LOVED the pool. The location is not too far from the main harbor, but nice and quiet in the evenings. There is a beach right out front where you can swim and snorkel, where turtles often come. The staff will help you arrange snorkel/ dive/ SUP tours if you want, and are very helpful and nice. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very large and clean, with great water pressure and a rain showerhead. I don't think there is a better stay anywhere on Liuqiu!
