Very cool palm huts with bathroom and terrace to enjoy the sea view. Lovely garden, direct access to small but lovely beach all you need for perfect holiday! The staff is very attentive and helpful, the breakfast is delicious but also you can order very tasty local food. Sandrine helped us to organize transfer and to rent scooter. Merci!

It was truly somerhing special. The room was really realy nice but the view on tev sea with the multiple chilling areas was one of the highlights. The sea direcly in front is much affected by the tides which makes it really interesting altought it has a lot of seagrass. One of the other highlights was the food they served. Everything is homecooked and really tasty. We had a wonderfull time staying there.

the whole atmosphere is amazing we were welcomed with a warm heart a very good choice for relaxing the whole staff is super lovely , food is excellent , price is valuable beach front amazing sunset excellent serene its one of the most unique and peace full place in zanzibar most of all petty and Carolina did a take away breakfast for our early morning flight that was beyond kindness book this place if you’re looking to support the local community thank you very much

The hotel is truly the gold star 🌟 of Zanzibar. It is located next to the beautiful white beach. The staff were impeccable. They were both kind and professional. Chef Amr is a great star chef. His warmth and love towards his guest can be tasted in his cooking. The management was dedicated to ensuring we were comfortable. The place was very clean. We enjoyed the game nights as well. It was an amazing stay. We wish we could have stayed longer. Ooh, and the sunsets by the beach are breathtaking 😀

Very hospitable, helpful and friendly staff, tasty and plentiful breakfasts and a diverse range of food for lunches and dinners with a local touch, which is very welcome for getting to know the characteristics of the island. A good location next to a white sandy beach and a fishing village a few 100 meters away, which gives this resort a very special meaning. I was enchanted by the tastefully maintained tropical garden that connects the bungalows to each other, especially the original positioned and equipped bathrooms. Excellent, I recommend it for families, travelers or couples.

We loved our stay at The Residence so much that we came back even though we'd paid at another place already! The villas are amazing and the location right on the beach can't be beat. The staff are welcoming, kind, and helpful. The food is delicious with a good mix of Zanzibari cuisine as well as Western for those who are less adventurous. The spa treatments are relaxing, well done, and good value. There are bikes at the villas to get around, but it's very walkable. I'd recommend walking as you get a better chance to see wildlife (we saw dik diks, an elephant shrew, a bush baby, and, of course, monkeys).

I loved that it was a proper reflection of the Island in that you took home the beauty of the place and kindness of the people. It was not loud or noisy and had very few touristy hotels and vendors hassling you

Paradise …Jim’s, Salim, Irene and Juliane were exceptional...

Paradise …Jim’s, Salim, Irene and Juliane were exceptional always ready to help. They just couldn’t do enough for you. The reception staff especially Yusef were very accommodating especially as we arrived very early from Dar-es-Salam! They let us drop our bags and enjoy all the facilities until our room was ready! We had a wonderful stay in Paradise.

The area was great for just some time away from all the drama of the world and getting away from it all. The service is great and the staff at hand to assist. The pricing of the A La carte meals is bordering robbery though. They really should consider this and offer more food variety for long stays.

They serve best dinner and offer good performances. The water pressure was low on some days so it was difficult to shower. Our car was not allowed to enter the gate so we had to walk a long walk to the gate in the sun.

This place has an amazing ambient and a beautiful soul! It was like a hub for the coolest people from every country, looking for a peaceful, extremely relaxed vacation in a bit of wilderness, heartfelt conversations with alcohol next to the fire… it’s all in the package, and as a bonus you get one of the best teams - owners and staff members that are right there for you literally every minute. Thank you all guys- Benjamin, Annick, Cliffton, Melania, Elisabeth and others whose names we did not get to know;) You were all so amazing that even after two weeks it was a pity to leave. We look forward to meeting you all again! PS. A big thanks to Cliffton for recommending us Malaika, We enjoyed it to the fullest ;-)

It’s a very quiet and enjoyable place and you can book lots...

It’s a very quiet and enjoyable place and you can book lots of activities from there but overall there is not much going outside the hotels. The public beach doesn’t have any good restaurants or shops so you’re pretty much tied to your resort.

The owner made here a little paradise. This is a small hide away with a lovely pool and garden. The staff is very friendly and caring, very professional. Excellent massage in front of the sea. It is nice to walk on unknown roads around (possible to explore up to the fruit&spice and down to the village of Kizimkazi). Everything is quite awesome. The food is the only thing that I wish to be improved (the location is remote and there are no other restaurants around and you dont have a better option). Good quality of shower water.

A fantastic resort-like vibe, with plenty of common areas to relax in hammocks, play volleyball, or just sit and enjoy the ocean view. All made better by visits from monkeys from time to time, the hotels pets which accompany you onto the beach, and friendly helpful staff. Food was also very good, with both food and drinks being great value for money. We had an amazing time!!

Kizikula is not just a hotel with instagrammable pool. Its a feeling, an experience.. Love it) Staff was outstandingly nice . The room was fascinating . Food was awesome .. Polaraid photography machine in roomm... Outstanding details) It was amazing thanks will be back for sure)
