Stayed here for two nights while visiting Chattanooga. The hotel's location simply can't be beat, it is within easy walking or driving distance of a great number of amazing sights, restaurants, bars, breweries, et c. The hotel itself was recently renovated and the room I stayed in – half of a former train car – was immaculate and felt very luxurious. While there's no traditional breakfast service the café in the lobby sells coffee and pastries. Parking was easy to find right outside the entrance. Every member of staff I interacted with was super helpful and friendly. Next time I'm in Chattanooga, I'd love to stay here again.

Very pet friendly. Comfortable beds Dinner menu superb. Bathrooms exceptionally. Friendly Staff. The only thing I have to say is that the parking costs of $18 was out of range. I parked my own car which was only a few yards away from the entrance. The cost percentage compared to room cost is not in line with the hotels I usually stay in. I staid in the hotel In Dec and returned in Jan and was charged a pet fee the second time and parking, which I parked myself and got my own luguage,

Property did what we needed, somewhere to sleep. Clean. Although we could hear our neighbours after 10 pm all was quiet. There is a park nearby. Area was quiet.

    Beautiful city, the Aquarium was absolutely amazing and worth every penny. We had absolutely gorgeous weather. Just don't stay at Quality Inn. Getting around was easy. I definitely will go back and just stay in downtown Chattanooga.

    The traffic is awful on the interstates with construction...

    The traffic is awful on the interstates with construction and very rough roads throughout the way. Completion of the project will be Summer 2027 and will not be here soon enough for the locals and folks traveling through the traffic jams just passing through.

    Nice small sized city, easy to navigate around. Friendly people and several good sights to keep us occupied during our short stay. Pity weather was not better as we missed view from Lookout mountain, jus have to do it again sometime when weather is better!t

    Chattanooga is home for me.

    Chattanooga is home for me. I was coming down to see Chaka Kahn but the concert was cancelled and I forgot to cancel the room. So I was being charged for the room so decided to go stay any way. But other than that the city has changed a 100 fold over especially the downtown area. It feels like another city. Nothing like the one I grew up in.

    Ruby Falls was the highlight of our stay.

    Ruby Falls was the highlight of our stay. A "must see" in Chattanooga, but you have to make an appointment in advance online. We also enjoyed the Chattanooga Choo Choo Exibit downtown, Lunch nearby at the Tailgate Brewery was very excellent. Many tap beers to choose from. I ordered a flight of four beers and they were all great! The walking bridge over the river was closed, we enjoyed the sights by car.

    There were so many great places to eat!

    There were so many great places to eat! The people were nice, and the hotel was excellent. I will definitely plan another trip back soon. The paid parking makes it easy to park and walk to all the locations. Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain, and the ferry ride were the best. This will be a trip that can and will be done again.

    My partner and I have been traveling across the states on a road trip and we just stopped here for night on or way to New Orleans and we had a wonderful stay, we would of stayed another night if we could have! The rooms were very new and immaculate which is something we have struggled to find in a lot of places during our trip (over 20 hotels). Still one of the best showers I’ve had in the states.

    Front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and gracious to our large group at check in and out. The kids were ecstatic that the hotel had a basketball for them to shoot some hoops (near the pool) for a few hours as a destressor before heading to a regional swim meet downtown Chattanooga that night.

    Easy to find right off the interstate highway and free parking. Allowed to check in early as rooms were ready which was a bonus as had more time to see Chattanooga. Manager excellent and very helpful. He made the stay even better. Hotel clean and well maintained and one you would use again
