The hotel was newly refurbished, so everything was nice. The staff were great, and very informative when asked about restaurants in the area. The manager was awesome! She was very helpful and made great recommendations for dinner and lunch. The breakfast area was decent, but needs more hot foods, if possible.

Good location. Next to a fire station. Close to businesses/restaurants. Staff was helpful. Cheap. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Decently clean for how old it is. Updated paint and decor on one wall. Fridge and microwave in room were clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Emma greeted me as I arrived. She was very kind and helped me check in. I worked front desk at a Holiday Inn in college and have traveled for work most of my time since college so I'm familiar with the usual chit chat, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is great as it is right off the main street and close to eating options. Back of hotel is on a golf course with water so duck and geese were on the water. Very quiet despite being on the main street because it sits back off the road.

It was a great place for my employees to stay while they were working in Duncan and we like the fact that it offers breakfast
