The exterior of the ;building is sketchy, and the parking lot is a horror with huge potholes impossible to miss. The staff was helpful and cheerful. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The appointments were dated, but OK. Hallways were dated. A strange layout with the second floor unavailable by elevator. It was OK for one night.

This is an older facility and the photo on the booking site...
This is an older facility and the photo on the booking site is not how the facility currently looks. Was close to multiple restaurants and shopping options. Our stay was a short one and for the price the facility was just what we needed. Breakfast was ok, coffee was hot and while we were there the staff quickly replaced the empty pots, unsolicited. All the staff we dealt with were personable, friendly and tended to the matters at hand. All in all we were satisfied with our visit to the Baymont in Kokomo.

The location was difficult to get to as it is on a service road beside a main hwy that does not have any direct access to the hotel. But in relation to restaurants and other businesses it was convenient. I had a dog with me and loved no carpet in my room to worry about. There was a fridge and microwave in the room.

Staff were friendly. You could tell there are some things the hotel staff/management are trying to do to make the hotel nicer. The room was clean and the beds were made neatly. The cleaning staff left a nice note in the room.

If you’re looking for a centrally located, safe, and comfortable hotel- this should be your pick! I’m a former local and am so happy this place exists for when I want to visit friends and family.
