What a great deal that is. . no fee just a request order two things (drink or food). Check out Flappers in Burbank. Note: they will charge for famous people like Jay Leno.

Loud city. Many sidewalks etc obstructed by tents and rubbish. While nearby Beverly Hills and Santa Monica were beautiful, we regretted visiting Downtown LA which was one of the dirtiest cities we’ve ever seen.

The other guests were polite and respectful but again this is more like a shared Airbnb so no “community vibe”. The host is not on location but responded any time I needed anything.
