10/10!!! we arrived after a long road trip.. during the check in the receptionist noticed we were in honeymoon and gave us a very, very appreciated upgrade. This best western exceeded our expectations for a number of reasons! From the moment we checked in we were greeted by the incredibly helpful & friendly Front Desk Manager Rob. He not only was able to get us checked in early, but because we were travelling for our honeymoon he upgraded our room free of charge! We were in the John Alden room and it was fabulous. The complimentary breakfast was also fantastic with the most amazing & attentive breakfast team. In terms of location, it’s a walking distance to all the key sights, restaurants & bars in Plymouth. Overall, we had a great experience here. This was our first time staying in a best western and we are excited to stay again!
