The front desk has welcoming staff that makes check in swift. The room is clean. Getting around in Rocky Mount is easy. I even enjoyed both a movie and dinner before retiring from a long day of travel. Having breakfast in the lobby is a delight...you can see the gardens, trees and yes, other guests, too. Coffee and water are available 24/7. Love this place. Love the helpful and friendly staff, too.

Great overnight stay but could have stayed longer. Will remember this place for future stays. It had a lovely pool and hot tub which is wonderful for travel days. Wished I had the time to use it. Very pleased.

I honestly just don't have a whole lot that I can say.
I honestly just don't have a whole lot that I can say. I chose Rocky Mount as a stopping point during my drive home from Florida. All I did there was check into my hotel to get some sleep before getting on the road again in the morning. That's it! I'm sure it's a very nice town, but all I can say is it's a good stopover location if you're driving from Florida to DC.

Please do not take this hotel, the staff is combattive, and they won't let you check out, I was overcharged, and the sheets were dirty, the floors all cracked up, I would not offer this place as a hotel to anyone

I had Five adults traveling with me. looking.com describe the Rome having three beds that was not the case. In addition, I got stuck with a smoking room when I clearly asked for a non-smoking room that was totally unacceptable.

We didn’t realize that it was a pet friendly hotel and we didn’t have a pet.
I asked for a non pet room but it seems a bit smelly anyway. Our fault for not checking better. They have a few restaurants nearby and we picked this Mexican restaurant and it was fresh and delicious!

Looked at 2 different rooms and I wouldn't stay so I checked out again. The hotel was one of the worst I've seen. There are people living there as their homes.
