I loved this place! The front desk was amazing even though I had a lot of needs. The laundry facility was a life saver. We were stranded from the weather and we were out of clean clothes so this was a great break. The room was very large with a nice kitchen. This was probably my favorite stay since our trip started a week ago.

We appreciate the complimentary upgrade. Very spacious room. Beds were very comfortable. Decent restaurant in the same parking lot. Free parking. Quality shampoo and soap. Convenient to drive to the airport. Decently sized indoor pool. Great to get in a real swim before a long flight.

If you are wanting to spend all your time in Portland, I'd rethink this. There isn't much in the way of eating (except at the hotel), so you have to plan accordingly. however, if you want a view and not stay in the city, then it is a great pick. It's about 20 minutes by car to Old Port.

We arrived at the hotel late at night.

We arrived at the hotel late at night. Parking was convenient, and the front desk staff was helpful, though not particularly friendly at check-in. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, but it was frustrating that our two rooms—booked under the same reservation—ended up on different floors. Initially, we were given keys to two rooms next to each other on the same floor. However, one of the room keys didn’t work, so we had to return to the front desk. That’s when we were told that the second room was actually on a different floor. This meant hauling all our belongings back to the elevator and starting over, which was inconvenient after a long day of travel. The bathroom design in the room was also a bit uncomfortable—the sliding frosted glass door didn’t fully close, leaving gaps on the sides that compromised privacy. We only stayed for one night and left early in the morning. During check-out, the front desk staff was much friendlier and took the time to ask how our stay was, which we appreciated.

Have stayed in Scarborough before and it was very nice.

Have stayed in Scarborough before and it was very nice. We have family in the area and we wanted to find a place to bed down and relax. It was a nice home. A few things needed repair but overall it was a great place. The ocean was across the street and fit our nerds well.

Scarborough is a beautiful, quaint town in Maine right in the coast. You can get lobsters to cook or buy them already steamed. Close to Old Orchard Beach yet far enough away to be away from all the chaos. Loved it there. Would definitely go back.

the room was not a promised

the room was not a promised the air conditioning was either poor or not working we had to call from toilet paper, but it was delivered the tub did not drain, we called but it was not fixed the restaurant did not attend to us or provide a menu for 30 minutes, then told us after we ate it was not included, although I thought it was based on the website.

We were in Scarborough due to it's proximity to Falmouth.

We were in Scarborough due to it's proximity to Falmouth. I will say it is really conveniently located, and there are a multitude of great places to eat and drink. We did not explore Scarborough as our destination was elsewhere. But what we did experience was very positive.

Overpriced motel near a busy road. All clean but the overal feeling from the hotel was like it is a lot worn. Staff barely greeted us on check-in, no staff for check-out at all, just dropped off the key and hoped everything was all right. It was the most expensive stay outside of NY in 6 months of our travels across the east coast. But service-vice was the far worst.
