I had the pleasure of meeting Grace ( their lovely daughter) and Chris during my stay at the Inn, we had lovely conversations over breakfast. My stay was very pleasant and felt right at home. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable.

it looked clean in the room with double bed (1) in Kings room (9) the bathroom need improvement. in total it was great iconic stuff of our journey from Boston to New York as we wanted authentic motel experience and it was very nice, snowy, comfy, quiet, heated. we have no complains except bathroom in kings room. staff was very cool in communication they leave us key on place so we could check in late night.

The front staff were helpful. The kitchen staff were amazing, sweet, nice and friendly.The cleaners and other workers were very lovely. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious enough for my 2 kids and I. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The swimming pool was clean, though a bit nippy. The swimming pool area was nice and warm with a clean shower room for each gender. Towels were available at the pool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had all essentials. The hotel's location near shops was good. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The ability to grab your breakfast and go was very convenient as the breakfast time was too early for my kids and so I took their breakfast up to our room for them to eat when they woke. The laundry facility was useful. The lighting in the room was good. The shower power was good. The bathroom was spacious and had all essentials.

Not criticism of hotel, but Google maps was WRONG and sent me to a shopping center. I called the hotel and they set me straight, telling me that they have tried to tell Google of the issue. Maybe you could help.

Perfectly situated and Clean Nikki at the front desk was amazing. We got a bag of snacks when we arrived and she went above and beyond for us. It was a great weekend stay.

Exceptional customer service from entire front desk staff and housekeeping!!! All team members are professional, efficient, courteous, and very personable. Out of all 6 states, east and west coast , working for Amazon, I can attest that this has been my favorite and most enjoyable accommodations away from home.
