Wellsville Microtel is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The property refused to help us when we had issues with the people in the room next to us and only offered us 10% off 1 night of our stay.

A small group in our hotel parking lot was sitting on their truck tailgate smoking and talking. They weren't loud or obnoxious and appeared to be hotel guests. It just seemed like what the whole town is like.

Amazing Transformation. I stayed here few times before. It was ok kind of Motel for Stay in a Budget. But this time It was Just WOW. Everything New. It looks like 4 star Hotel room. I talked to Bobby and JP.. They said they are renovated all rooms. Half of the rooms are done so far. I don't know what was last experience for other travelers but now you will thankful to me. Must stay.. Best in Budget .. NOTE : They are making Kitchenette Rooms for Long Term Traveler.

You get what you pay for. This hotel is old and very dated. The room we rented was clean for being outdated. The water pressure was good and there was hot water to shower with. But, when paying the price that we did compared to the others around, you get what you pay for and the owners wife was pleasant even with our late night check in.

The location is perfect, it's really the only hotel in town. Lesley was wonderful and helped check us in smoothly. They are currently renovating which hopefully will make improvements as I've been staying here almost yearly since they opened. It will hopefully improve with the renovations

Very dog friendly, close to historic village, easy walk into town. Nearish to Alfred University (we stayed for family weekend). Beds were comfortable. Fridge and microwave worked well.
