Ali is incredibly hands-on and goes out of his way to ensure guests feel welcome and cared for. I was even honored to be invited to join their Eid celebration — a gesture I will never forget. While the hotel may not have all the luxuries of a large chain, any shortcomings are more than made up for by Ali's dedication and eagerness to accommodate any request. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it made my stay feel less like a visit to a hotel and more like being welcomed into someone’s home.
