I arrived in Samarqand, and the hotel arranged a taxi to pick me up at the airport, which they also paid for. This service is very helpful for newcomers to the city, as it ensures ease and prevents the stress of getting lost. Additionally, they arranged another taxi (also free) to take me to the train station at 12:30 AM. Hotel is new and clean. Breakfast is amazing, location is excellent because it is just few meters to Registron Square.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sangzor Hotel during my visit to Samarkand, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that exceeded my expectations. The staff, particularly the receptionists, were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. One individual, in particular, stood out – Sabir. His genuine kindness and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. Sabir went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, from providing recommendations for local attractions to assisting with any inquiries I had. His professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference. In addition to the exceptional service provided by the staff, the hotel itself was charming and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, my experience at Sangzor Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of top-notch service and comfortable accommodations made my trip to Samarkand truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I stayed in Turon City hotel one day , and I want to tell about my super stay in this hotel, so hotel os NEW everything is perfect, guys in reception are so friendly and always helping in any situation they have a transfer from the airport and railway station 🚉 guys took me from the airport and its free ! Breakfast in another level because i find anything to eat . Inside the hotel you can see the swimming pool which is free and works 24/7 ! Hotel is near by Registan square it’s about 15 minute s. I write a lot because everything was perfect! Thanks a lot guys !!! Mr.Farruk

It was very new property and beautifully furnished. Our family room was on the 3rd floor and it was very comfortable and spacious Bedrooms are large and gave lounge sofas and a balcony. The host was very hospitable and very caring towards the needs of our elderly parents. They arranged a bedroom on a lower floor ( since there is no elevator) and even let them rest past checkout time until it was time for our train. Breakfast is a nice spread- uzbek traditional breakfast.
