I think is the first place in this trip to exceed the expectations. It is pretty far from the center, only one bus as connection. I thought, initially, that is more a motel for the drivers from the port. But we found a beautiful motel with kind personal and very helpful, they let us stayed in the room even after checkout until our late train. The rooms were cleaned with everything you need, quiet and very comfortable, good wifi. Good and varied breakfast. Definitely we recommend this hotel for a long stay.

The property exceeded our expectations. The beds and bathrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was masterclass. Very comfortable for cooking. Tea, coffee and cookies were offered. The terrace/garden is great to relax in. The owners were very helpful in finding a tour guide and organized transport to Bukhara for us. Definitely worth the price.

This is probably your best value for money option in Termiz which is generally overpriced. It is new, clean and everything works as it should. There are 3 toilets and 3 showers which is more than adequate for the number of guests. It is centrally located with a lot of restaurants and fast food outlets within easy walking distance. I booked for two nights but will stay for more because it is so comfortable and reasonably priced.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The courtyard is beautiful. The spa is also beautiful, with a gym, massage room, pool, huge jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. The Turkish bath was not working, but everything else in the spa was wonderful.

Termez is a quite underestimated city of Uzbekistan.

Termez is a quite underestimated city of Uzbekistan. The city is hot, it is the most south city of Uzbekistan. Thus, you mostly need to rent a car of use taxi than to walk around. The city looks quite tranquil and safe. Nothing cares less than a border with Afghanistan in km.-distance. What is important is that Termez is very old (3,000 of years) and contains a quite complicated history. In the city and in its surrounding area there are plenty attractions. From Neanderthal and Palaeolithic caves and Greco-Bactrian heritage via Buddhist monasteries of Kushanian Empire to Islamic architecture of different styles. Termez also can boast with an interesting archaeology museum. In the region people produce quality dry wines. I tasted the white, called Sultan, it was nice. Also, around Termez there are a lot of natural attractions. I heard of a balneotherapy resort but I hadn't visited it.
