I had an exceptional stay in this hotel in Hanoi! The apartment was top notch - brand new, spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities you'd need, plus a nice view. The girl at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful and made check-in smooth and easy. It was an excellent experience at a great price. Our room feels like a cosy little airbnb with a sizeable kitchen, washing machine and a dryer! The tv is also connected to Netflix and there existing accounts that we could use to watch our shows at night. Not to mention there was also a nice little bathtub and a bidet spray with completes our wonderful stay. ☺️ The hotel is also located in a nice area with bars, cafes and mini marts within walking distance!

Great experience! Thank you to all the staff for their excellent hospitality. We are a group of 3, traveled to Hanoi during rainy day. The staff made us feel I’m better with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. We were craving food at midnight, and they kindly managed to order some for us. This made me feel like I was at home, not just in a hotel. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the new pillows and blankets were very comfortable. We decided to stay one more night because of the exceptional service. Thanks for us.
