Sala Ho Tram really feels like a tropical garden — a small “Da Lat” by the sea. It’s on the main road, easy to access, and faces the forest so it’s breezy and quiet. The grounds are spacious with resort-style services: large, clean rooms; a kids-only pool (my favorite because hygiene is well maintained); relaxing areas; and BBQ. The price is reasonable for the scale . Lots of nice corners to chill and take photos. Overall neat and comfortable, great for families or groups. Perfect weekend getaway for our family. Kids had so much fun at the tropicana water park. Enough activities to keep kids happy without tiring the parents under the tropical Sun. Went to public beach next door and kids had a blast digging and discovering the small sea creatures… crabs, clams, snails, star fish …. They had enough swimming at the villa swimming pool… playing in the imitation waves at the park . Overall i was able to be back to work the next Monday & kids going back to school. There are many hotels and restaurants at Ho Tram intersection. The road is quite convenient, the average speed of 60km will be safe if you do not want to be caught speeding. Ho Tram is quite cool with lots of sea breeze and quiet scenery. If you like excitement, go back to Vung Tau to have fun and then go to Ho Tram to relax.Guest review byHUYLEDUC - 10.0

I had the impression they are not in use of foreigners so...

The customer service was very poor.
The customer service was very poor. On my first day the front desk clerk charged my credit card for my stay, on the second day another front desk clerk charged my credit card for almost the same amount for my stay, saying the the first charge was an error and that it would be credited back to my credit card in 5 days, after 26 days, many calls and emails, the credit has still not been made into my account. According to my bank, no authorization has been received. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am not sure if what was done to me was intentional, especially as nothing is being done, by the hotel, to ensure that I receive the refund within the 30 days limitation.Guest review byVeronicaCanada
