Everything!!! Best location in Hanoi. Unbeatable price/quality ratio. Brand new rooms and elegant decoration. Afternoon tea and delicious varied breakfast. Above all, the wonderful, kindest and most helpful staff ever!! A very special mention for Ms. Lily who went beyond all expectations. Ms. Lily helped us to organize our trip and book tours and transportation even before we started traveling. I have never seen such an excellent and caring service and support. had a bad experience with a different hotel, so my family and i booked this one for a night. Location is very good in Old Quarter Hanoi, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was amazing, I had good conversations with two of them and was given recommendations for food and activities. The following morning, my family left for the airport before me and the staff made sure I was safe and taken care of (i’m a young female and my flight was later that evening). I hope to come back again! Thank you
