I booked this stay for my aunt and her family, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The hotel staff were incredibly prompt and professional in responding to all my email queries. I especially appreciated their commitment to payment security, as they never asked for personal information online—a welcome contrast to some other hotels I've encountered in Sapa, Vietnam. Upon arrival, my aunt and her family were exceptionally well-cared for. The level of service and hospitality, from the comfortable rooms to the delicious food and the friendly staff, was truly beyond our expectations. I'm already planning my own trip to Vietnam, and I will definitely be staying here. It’s very nice! The rooftop is quite nice, we didn’t use the pool but we had a couple of beers there. They welcome you with a very delicious tea I wanna say? Which was lovely! I loved everything about my stay here. The room I selected was small but hey, we didn’t even spend time there. The breakfast in the morning was nice as well. We have no complaints at all!

Very hospitable and kind staff who took care of us! We had to leave hotel early on the second day of stay and we couldn’t have breakfast but they packed little lunch box for us which was the sweetest and kindest act! Very clean and large room

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Initially, I was a bit nervous about traveling alone with just my daughter, but this hotel made us feel completely safe and cared for. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast options were wonderful, plenty of variety and everything was delicious. The room was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable, so much so that my daughter didn’t want to leave! Location is close to the lake too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and welcoming stay. Kudos to Sunny for helping us with the tours. We will definitely be back.
