Perfect location near to a market and river x staff were amazing and very helpful x Queen, the Receptionist was awesome and she organised our Mekong floating market experience and they have scooters for hire at 150 Dong per day x the tour guide was amazing and she is called Clara Nguyen. Her tour was flawless, her English was perfect and she is a fabulous tour guide who took us to the more traditional parts of the Mekong Delta x we loved everything about our trip x the room was stunning and immaculate x simply the best experience x thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable xxx

The staff!! The catering manager, Dean? I think, and all of the staff were so attentive. The hotel is only a few months old and exudes elegance. The interior design was stunning . The bedroom was so relaxing and having just spent 5 weeks in Vietnam from Hanoi to Can Tho , Charmant suites had the fluffiest towels and cosiest fluffy bathrobes of any similar hotel we stayed in! It was within a few minutes walk of the boats that tour the Mekong. The breakfast never failed to deliver no matter what your food preference was. Excellent.. If you stay, please use the stunning infinity pool.. so relaxing!

Clean rooms which are just as pictured. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful to assist with booking limousine buses from Can Tho to HCMC. Would recommend, excellent rooms and service for price offered.

After weeks in more simpler accommodations this felt like a luxury hotel. The layout of the studio, the little balcony, the bathroom with is designated shower area, the communal washing Maschine we could use, the free bikes (so very small for tall people like us) and last but not least the amazing, very helpful staff with excellent English made our stay a blast. Plus, the location is good to explore all city highlights either on foot or with the bicycle. They also offer scooter rental.

Nice staff, good location. One of the softest beds I've ever experienced in Vietnam. I really appreciate that they provide free bicycles to all guests. They also organize great floating market tours with professional guides at very reasonable prices. An awesome accommodation
