Amazing hotel with mesmerising mountains view! Room was clean, stylish and cosy, all facilities were good. We liked breakfast at hotel restaurant - big choice of European and Asian food. There were two swimming pools: inside and on rooftop, that's cool, because of fast changing weather. Highly recommend to visit SPA (make reservation in advance!) - they provide wide range of services as baths and massages. Location is good too, just 5 minute walk to Sapa station. P.S. many thanks for receptionist, she allowed us to check-in 3 hours earlier free of charge. It was a salvation, because we got completely wet after Fansipan walk.

The hotel is very clean, very helpful staff and excellent service. I especially want to mention the wonderful job which miss Mi did in organizing all our requests, including helping us send our luggage to the bus when we were running late. Thank you again. We wouldn't have done it without her. The hotel also gave us water and cakes on the way, which is very nice.

The bed was very comfortable and big. The breakfast buffet was really good. They arranged us a last minute trip to see the waterfalls. After checking out, they kept our luggage for free and while we were wating for the taxi they even gave us a plate of fruit and tea! 10/10, the best choice if you stay in Sapa!

But what I liked the most about the hotel was the location - the hotel is located above the valley and has a beautiful view of the rice fields into the valley. It is located approx. 15 minutes walk from the center and offers, among other things, the possibility of renting a scooter - a perfect option for exploring the place and its surroundings. The breakfast was excellent and I also appreciate the possibility of early check-in (with an additional fee).

I was in Sapa for a total of 6 days , broken up by 2 treks.

I was in Sapa for a total of 6 days , broken up by 2 treks. Sapa is much busier than I expected, however exploring the town area itself was easy if you were happy to walk, with plenty of nice food options. The Hmong people are lovely , even if you don’t buy from them. Sapa needs to get rid of single use plastics to protect their environment before it’s too late. Fansipan is awesome, Homestay trekking was perfect with Sapa as a base

We were only here for 2 days but could easily have stayed at...

We were only here for 2 days but could easily have stayed at least an extra 2 days to see more. Sap was great for Fansipan the highest Mountain in Indochina, Cat Cat village, Moana Sapa and the culture. We had a herbal hot tub at one of the Spa places and it was a great experience, highly recommended as it is something you can't always do. We had the buffet lunch at Fansipan and we had dinner at the local night markets which was great. We caught the sleeper bus up and the sleeper train back down but the bus journey to the train station was a bit hectic. I think you can easily just use another sleeper bus to your next destination. Grab is so easy and cheap here.

Beautiful gentle people, lots of Hmong and ethnic culture. Would have liked to have taken the cable car to Fansipan but the weather was too cloudy. However, we took the train to the cable car station and spent 3 hours there. I have never seen such beautiful gardens with hydrangeas and roses and so many other flowers. There were fantastic village productions of the culture including dancing that should not be missed.

So much to do in sapa, really nice spot but would want good weather as it gets foggy and don’t see anything. Also bring warm clothes because you just never know and evening times are always colder. But overall a beautiful place to see

The best part being in Sa Pa is the trip to Mount Fansipan.

The best part being in Sa Pa is the trip to Mount Fansipan. We came in October and it was foggy the whole time. We did not see the view of the clouds because we were in the clouds I would say. It was still an amazing experience to reach the 'roof of Indochina' - twas mystical and spiritual for me. I was kind of emotional when the National Anthem of Vietnam was played during the flag raising at the summit. of all the restos we ate, we love Cozy Restaurant near our hotel. The flavors of the food were just right for us.

Trekking Sapa's guide Ly accompanied us on a 3 day trek...

Trekking Sapa's guide Ly accompanied us on a 3 day trek through the mountain villages and at two lhomestays with local families. An amazing, authentic experience that has given us so many great memories. Highly recommend! Food and accomodation in Sapa before and after were great, town is very easy to walk around with cool lights around the lake and the many restaurants.

Everything from the delicious cinnamon tea offered to us as soon as we entered the reception area to our room with a view and the extensive breakfast including traditional Vietnamese as well as bread, yoghurt, pancakes, cheese and fruit too. Mao in reception is a delight, she went overboard to help us plan our stay in Sapa as well as organising the bus back to Hanoi. She's not only very efficient but also a pleasure to meet, a credit to Sapa Praha! All of the staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and welcoming.

location was perfect in town, there is saml hil you need to walk aroung 100 m,or less , morning staff can speek english , i paid with my visa card , but they charge 3% , that the rolls in all Vietnam hotels , so better to pay in Cash , brakfast was very light , egg and bread and bytter with jam and coffe or tea , they is evevator in the hotel , i stay in the 8 floor room, see my picture form my balkony .

Clean and spacious room, had enough hot water which lasted long enough for a full shower for 2 people which was a nice change from other Vietnamese hotels. Location is central and you can walk to pretty much anything within 10minutes maximum. Staff were very friendly and helpful when booking a 2 day trek, prices were cheap compared to booking through an online tour company.

The best view in Sapa. Bamboo Sapa Hotel is one of the best I've stayed in worldwide. Great location, excellent staff, beautifully clean. Our room was perfect. The included breakfast had some of the best Pho and coffee we had in Vietnam. Highly recommended for your stay in Sapa.
