We really enjoyed this hotel. It started with allowing us an early check in …we really appreciated it after not getting any sleep on a night bus. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices. I loved the rooftop pool! The staff were always helpful and organised my ticket to get the cable car up to the top of Fansipan and explained how to get there. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The very clean Hotel is quite situated very close to the center with a nice few to the lake. Kim the Manager /Owner with his team is very nice and helpful by planning your time in Sa Pa. A great place to stay. Hospitality and a very good Breakfast Buffet where you can order fresh egg dishes to. For sure a place to back again. Thanks Kim and your team.

the spa was definitely after a fogy day the right relaxing for us to calm down and regenerate. the personal was very friendly and looked all the time for a good service. there's a nice rooftop bar in addition. the location is also central. the room was very clean and the breakfast delicious the best thing for us were the beds, so smooth and confortable,we slept like babies.

Beautiful hotel, you can tell immediately right from the lobby and the concierge that this hotel was something very special. The place was decorated tastefully and beautifully, the room was very clean, as well as big and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed 3 nights in a double deluxe room which was spacious, well furnished and clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful and went an extra mile to help us. Special thanks to Jenny! The breakfast buffet was served in a comfy lounge and was really nice, with variety.

Location was great, close to center and room with mountain views were excellent. Helpfulness and attentive nature of staff was also exceptional. Also, Julie our receptionist on arrival was simply outstanding and went above and beyond in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. For example, we didn't have to worry at about our travel plans back to Hanoi, Julie sorted it all out with no hassle whatsoever. This meant we could enjoy our short time in Sapa to the max ( we were on very tight schedule!). Thank you to her and the rest of the team so much. We will no doubt stay here next time we visit.
