Many locations for coffee ( $0.60 for an Expresso or $1.50 for a beer),. several small mini-markets as well as a supermarket. 2 Pizaa restaurants are on site as well. The unit has Excellent A/C and a great balcony for dining or reading. All photos are correct but the unit looks better than the photos!!!

What an amazing, cute little cocoon this charming place is, I am so happy I found it and I will definitely be back! It’s conveniently located amidst many shops, restaurants, cafés, while it’s a short walk (15 minutes, but I walk fast 😀) to the city centre. Everything is functioning perfectly and the host has added so many little lovely touches to provide everything for her guests, you can see she’s a traveler herself. Definitely recommend!

The apartament is very cosy, clean and very well located, only 5 min from the beach. Having shop and restaurant downstairs is very handy. Beautiful swimming pool, not crowded, clean and big enough to swim. The host Joni is a great example of Albanian kindness and professional client approach. We arrived at Golem with the broken car., Joni helped us a lot, taking us to the car mechanic who luckily managed to repair our car for a very reasonable proce as well. We can say that they both saved our holiday. Thank you so much. We would definitively recommend Joni`s apartment.
