Walking distances to local stores which I loved for the convenience. And it had plenty of parking spaces out front if you wish to rent a car as well. They provided with a list of places to eat cheap and very good food as well. Totally plan to stay in the near future here again.

Tulsayab is a beautiful, quiet, condo complex nestled between the calm turquoise waters of Tankah Bay and the jungle. The penthouse was very clean and had fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and basics like water, coffee, tea, and olive oil. The views from the penthouse are epic and we spent morning drinking our coffee and evenings watching the sunset from up there. The pool area is lovely with lots of trees and wildlife. There are plenty of loungers and hammocks to relax in. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The water is clam, shallow, and clear; it’s perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, and swimming. There is coral along the beach and in the water so water shoes are a must. With water shoes we walked for miles in both directions and found lots of fun places to swim. Tankah Bay has about four or five small restaurants (a bit expensive but good) and Casa Cenote with a resident crocodile to visit. I recommend renting a car for picking up groceries in Tulum, exploring the area, and driving to the restaurants at night. The road isn’t as bad as other reviews say it is and a regular car is all that is needed.

We normally went out to know puerto morelos downtown, akumal, playa del carmen and many cenotes, at the end of the day we arrive to swimm.
