From the start owners were great to work with. They promised a squeaky clean property and they delivered. It's a great location only about 1/3 mile from center of Kona. With included parking it was easy to hop in the car to go exploring. We loved the lanai so much, we sat there with our morning coffee just loving the view! Thank you for such a lovely property.

The condo was spacious and perfect for our family with teenagers. It was clean and had everything you need on a daily basis. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The pool area and the beach was really nice, some big waves at the beach but beautiful, with beautiful sunsets. The host, Greg, answered our requests fast and we even got to check in early in the morning. We would definitely recommend any family to book this condo.

It was a great location for beach , stores and restaurants. It was so well equipped for a family with bikes,beach chairs snorkeling equipment and baby gear. Very neat , clean, spacious, excellent location, Our host John was easy to reach, friendly and accommodating, even dropped off the 2 paddle boards for use and picked them up when we were done, definitely enjoyed our stay.

The condo was beautiful, spacious, with everything you could think you might need. The kitchen was super well-equipped, and there was common cooking stuff like salt and oil for common usage - which was useful for us. The resort is very nice, although the condo is quite far from the main pool and restaurant. The location is good, but after visiting the island maybe not the best for us. Pools were clean and nice, and not overcrowded.
