The Hayloft is a beautiful apartment in a very quiet, rural location, but only a 20 minute drive into Edinburgh. We all loved our stay here! Susan and Chris are excellent, welcoming hosts. We especially enjoyed our swim in the local reservoir!

Amazing property recommend walk about the Carberry tower tower and gardens great photo op for those travelling through Edinburgh. Stayed at Juniper cottage with group of 7 had plenty of room with all the facilities.

We wanted to visit beautiful Scotland and we chose to stay, me and my wife at Peniuik Estate. We were attracted by the elegance and authenticity of the photos. But when we arrived at the properties, we were amazed because in reality it was even more beautiful, the furniture and the accessories being of a high quality and the view from the garden is absolutely amazing, it seems like a painting. The staff is very inclined to meet the needs of tourists but without entering into their privacy. The surroundings are beautiful for walks in nature, being near the forest but on properties are also tourist attractions such as the old house. We had wonderful moments, we also had shops nearby for shopping and we definitely want to return to Peniuik Estate to continue discovering the beautiful and amazing Scotland. Thank you for a wonderful stay!♥️
