Fantastic hotel, the staff are great, they are always happy to help. The vallet service was amazing. Breakfast has all you need in the buffet and the menu. The location is lovely, in the most relaxing and peaceful area in Madrid. The room was exceptionally clean with bedding, pillows, and linen that were class. Highly recommend. Would love to return again.

They contacted me multiple times to be sure all was ready for our arrival.The vibe is immaculate, very relaxed and relaxing. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to use the pool but it seemed very sweet. The location is also nice, slightly removed from the central square that can get busier, but still just a few walking minutes from there.

The bed and towels were soft and comfortable, and the piloti space added a lovely touch of openness and charm. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was delightful, with a generous variety of options including delicious ham, fresh fruits, and sweet treats. I was especially grateful for the early check-in, which was offered with such warmth and flexibility—it made a big difference for me. Thank you for creating such a relaxing and heartwarming experience. I would love to return.
