I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel tucked away in the mountains of Rocca Massima, and it was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unbelievably friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality felt authentic in a way you rarely find anymore. The hotel produces its own olive oil and has a charming little shop filled with products they grow right there on the property. It adds such a personal and local touch to the stay. Even their dog greets you at night, happily trotting over as if welcoming an old friend—it’s impossible not to smile. Everything about my stay was perfect, but what truly stood out was the care they showed on my last night. I had a very early flight and had to leave at 03:00am. The evening before, they surprised me by bringing a tray of breakfast to my room and personally saying goodbye. That small act of kindness meant so much and perfectly reflects the heart of this place. Overall, an exceptional experience in every way. I left with a full heart and will absolutely return. Highly, highly recommended.

Il Casale nel Parco Guesthouse está en Roma y dispone de wifi gratis, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. The best stay I have ever had ! I've been given a personal care from the start till the end. The owner gave me directions to every place I wanted to go with step by step guidelines. The rooms are super big with every thing you need and much more ! Super beautiful house with history and super beautiful room, I can't stop talking about the room, my jaw fell to the floor when he showed me the room for the first time. I was also surprised about how clean the rooms are, I have never been in my life in a room that is so clean. Don't let the distance from the city center fool you, you either walk and enjoy Rome from a different angle ( like I did ), or you take a very short bus that comes very frequently. The guesthouse even provide a bus ticket on the spot !! ( Instead of buying it from a dedicated machine, you can just leave that payment at the guesthouse and there you go! ) Either way you choose, you picked the right choice choosing this guesthouse to stay in, I felt like home and wanted to stay more. From now on this is my Go To place whenever I'm in Rome, any other hotel/hostel/guesthouse is not an option. 10/10 on every small detail. 100/10 Owner. 1000/10 recommend !

Casale Appia se encuentra en Latina, a 38 km de Parque Nacional del Monte Circeo y a 33 km de Estación de tren de Terracina, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, jardín con terraza y vistas a la... Very friendly host (Silvia), we felt like we were family and knew her for a long time. Her B&B is in a picturesque area; she provided suggestions for dinner and some sightseeing. We loved her horse that roams the backyard of the property. The B&B is a fairly new house of high quality, the room was large, bright and superclean. I wish we could have stayed longer, but this was our last day. Drive to FCO (Rome airport) took about 1.5 hrs, maybe a bit less, and this was with fairly heavy traffic near Rome.

Very clean and with a comfortable bed. The hostess greeted us on arrival and gave us a very warm welcome. The place has a nice view over Lago di Bolsena and as a plus...shade for your car!

Casale Verdeluna Wine Resort tiene vistas a la montaña y se encuentra en Piglio. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de conserjería, bar, jardín, piscina de temporada al aire libre y terraza. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was tastefully decorated and had beautiful views of the vineyard. The swimming pool had the perfect setting, in the middle of their vineyard!!!! The restaurant had excellent food (we ate there every night of our stay!)

Frascati Country House se encuentra en Grottaferrata, a 10 km de Universidad de Roma Tor Vergata y a 12 km de Estación de metro Anagnina. Everything was perfect. Good location when you have a car. Nice pool, quiet and relaxing. BBQ grill on the balcony. Their own wine and olive oil are very good.

Perfect location to wind down in the countryside but close to small town....the room was outstanding and the place was a mini museum what with war memorabilia that the owners found on the property....both hosts were amazing and helpful...the relaxing atmosphere and great breakfasts were very welcomed....just a wonderful place to stay all around and one of the best B & B's we stayed in during our sixteen days all over Italy....highly recommend

B&B Casale Shanti está en Piedimonte San Germano, a 44 km de Puerto de Formia y a 40 km de Parque de Gianola. Ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado y acceso a unjardín con terraza. Great room for 5 with air condition. We all slept well.

Bosco D'Olmi Country House tiene vistas a la montaña y está en SantʼAndrea del Garigliano. Cuenta con restaurante, salón de uso común, bar, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza.... We had a wonderful stay at Bosco D'Olmi. The family who own the property were brilliant hosts. They were very friendly and warm and looked after us really well throughout our stay. The location is amazing, the swimming pool is beautiful and the wood cabins are very nice and very comfortable. What made it special for us was the food! The home style Italian cooking was amazing! The portions were huge and the service was great. It really felt like we were guests of the family. Overall a very memorable stay and would definitely recommend.
