The owner and her son were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. We were even invited to a small family gathering over the weekend, and everyone was so warm and friendly! It was such a lovely way to experience real Portuguese hospitality on our first visit to Portugal. The hotel is located a bit outside the town center, so having a car is convenient for getting around. That said, we managed perfectly well using the bus (there’s a stop right in front of the house) and returning by taxi without any issues. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Terceira who is looking for peace, nature, and a quiet retreat.

Amazing, remote place on Sao Jorge island. If you are looking for a calm place, with ocean as your neighbour – it’s a great spot. Host is helpful, it’s quiet. It is important to know, that you don’t have a regular street connected to this place – you have to make a short hike from the parking place. Strongly recommended!

A lovely place with a warm and pleasant landlady, including the staff who welcomed us and every morning we felt happy to come to breakfast. The view is magical, green. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, clean.

At the country house you will find a restaurant serving Portuguese cuisine. A gluten-free option can also be requested. Cozy, attentive and friendly staff, amazing breakfast, warm and thoughtful courtesy/amenities. It's on a pricey side, but some places are worth spending a bit more, and in Sete Cidades this place just made the stay even more cozy and magical. The mattress was so good I even took a picture of the brand and model.

Overall great accommodation with plenty of space and it is very well furnished. The kitchen has almost everything you would need. Although it is house, there was daily cleaning and refill. It also has a nice garden and balcony with good view as well as a great jacuzzi. The hosts were very nice and responded quickly to any messages or questions.
