Guest reviewDuring our this year's motorcycle tour through the Pyrrenees, our group of six spontaneously decided to spend the night in Andorra. At our age [LOL], we keep paying a lot more attention to comfort and coziness rather than to price - although this was simply just a great offer we could just not reject. After booking through booking.com, everything else was just a piece of cake: Being contacted by the receptionist regarding our time of arrival for the most convenient check in, the reception itself along with a refreshing cool drink, the personal escort to the underground parking garage, the room allocation, the bar (you know, that mandatory arrival drink), the "room" (in my case a suite) anyways and not at least the breakfast. Even the director, being right on the go for a short get away, showed up for some nice meet 'n greet. All in all, those 10 real rock-solid points is the least we can award. Many thanks once again to the entire team for a really pleasant and remarkable stay!

Guest reviewThe location is second to none! It’s right by the amazing walk above Andorra and towards La Massana. A perfect easy walk in the mountains. There are stairs down to Pyrénées shopping center. So in a couple of minutes you are in the center of Andorra La Vella with shopping and restaurants. But you are still above all the hustle, so it feels like a country hotel.

Guest reviewLike the local "Roc" bearing the same name and Sitting proud on the hillside overlooking Canillo within spitting distance from the telecabine ..as the crow flies that is. ~1.5km by road but no need to worry - an excellent minibus service every day during half term , even picking us up after a brief local apres craft beer in "Blot" on our last night. Views, rooms, spa, bar, restaurant, tasteful, modern, excellent, creative, varied buffet on half board incl. cooked to order options. Happy, friendly staff a credit to the locality - thankyou, well done, keep it up. D.
