We arrived at 10 am and received our room immediately! After night flight it was really nice!
Absolute best service you could ask for.
Perfect breakfast and dinner. Once we were in ToroToro restaurant, but the main one in the hotel is much more better. You can find everything you want.
Our daughter (6y) received a small present, of course after such a surprise she wants to go only to Grossvenor.

Al Maha is the perfect location if you’re looking for a luxurious peaceful retreat with spectacular views of the desert. The staff were always on hand to help and very friendly, Anise (horse instructor) was fabulous and made the trip for me, thank you Anise! The room and pool was amazing, you had everything you needed in the room and plenty of space, beautifully decorated, the pool was a great size and perfect to cool down in. The food was very tasty and fresh, they had a good selection and alot of new things to try. The camel sunset ride was an excellent experience and would recommend to anyone who’s staying, the guides are really friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Al Maha to everyone! Thank you for an amazing stay, we will be back and longer next time round.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained, very clean. Staff is polite and location is perfect to walk to the beach and marina. Beach club has both pool area and private beach, literally 3 mins walk from hotel.
If you wish to go out to down town or Global Village etc, then need to concider a bit more buffer time for taxi to serve during evening hours as JBR is jammed

The hotel staff starting from valet, concierge, and reception were awesome. Mr. Achraf at the reception were very professional and friendly.
View was awesome and i tried the breakfast which was above my expectations. Overall staying experience has exceeded my expectations and i highly recommend it and surely we will come back.
