Excellent Hotel, superior service.Very clean. The staff was very friendly and kind, always willing to help. I especially want to mention the F&B staff, restaurant area manager, Kristina, and our waiter, Shahabas.

The staff was very friendly and helpful esp Shahed who assisted me so well. The overall vibe and aesthetics of hotel are really good. They have 5 star services and facilities.

It is one of the best hotels we have ever been to 👍👍👍😁 We felt like we were home - it was really relaxing, everybody was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was top, fitness big and all what you need inside, the pool and the beach top - everything We will come back for sure. Overall, my experience was absolutely amazing, when i had the pleasure to stay here in september. The ambiance, the facilities, the spacious room and the bathroom, the peaceful balcony with the breathtaking view of Marina and the buildings - all this, and the services provided to me by the staff members, in particular Mr. Abdul Latif, Ms. Sherly, and Mr. Sachin, enhanced my already wonderful experience. Mr. Sachin was my most helpful advisor, whose hospitality truly astounded me. Before I left for the airport, he was a constant support and provided a helping hand whenever it was needed. His presence made my last few hours much less hectic. Plus, the infinity pool at Wane is absolutely amazing! One can sit back and relax, and enjoy good vibes.

How can you just describe in few words when you found your SOUL PLACE? This place is just amazing, beautiful beduin suite with full privacy and absolutely georgous view. But what is making this place different than any other places are people..staff. The atmoshere they were able to create is incredible. You literally feel like you are at home with your own family and friends. I feel I have to mention all of them who made our staying so great that we will be definitely back with our kids. It all starts with Mr. Tom, GM, who welcome you personally immediately after you step into the building. Our staying was whole time surrounded by Mr. Soshan, funny, nice and highly professional front desk magician who always answered all off our questions. Also Mr. Michael who is your guide through all the activities in the desert has high knowledges about everything around you. Last not least is the restaurant and everybody who works there. Everything in the kitchen is under the control of THE CHEF Mr. Piotr. Beginning the huge variety of the breakfast through the whole until the late hours he will the ANYTHING to make you and your family happy. We had a great chicken terrine with truffle sauce and the best beef wagyu carpaccio we ever ate (even the one in Tokyo was not better). And waiters and their manager made us feel like we are the only and the most important guests in whole resort. I jave the Gluteb intollerance and they really did a hard job to make me feel that I have the same options as others. The manager Mr.Prokash and his team were so nice and naturally helpful . We never expirienced that before. Mr. Remy was always coming and just asking how we are doing. Mr. Anjal, Mr. Dushan, Mr. Jorl and Mrs. Swarnali knew our names and what ate last timr and offered always something what would might be similar style as we liked before. They even stay longer than regular opening hours of the restaurant jist zi let us finish our drinks..

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at so far. Everything is just right. Very very nice staff, excellent restaurant, spectacular breakfast. Room was also quiet, with good AC. Spectacular view, if you get the e right room with burj view.

Spacious, clean room with excellent facilities. Good value. Great location near Dubai mall. Seyam & Darren was excellent and very friendly. Though to be fair, all the staff were. Peacock Alley was lovely. Would recommend.

This is a brand-new hotel that has a great pool and a “beach” accessible to all guests, we loved it! It has a very nice decoration and the bedroom is really cozy.

My stay was very chilling and nice special thanks to Relly, Muhannad , hala ,Nervan, Marina, reception team very helpful i will defiantly come back
