The location was easy to find. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby they got our bags to send them to our hotel number. They gave as like a mango drink, we didn’t exactly understood what it was haha! The reception was helpful and friendly, as all the staff in the hotel. We had a problem with 2 guys that they followed us to the hotel and the secure team informed us that we would not have any problem as it happened. Breakfast was perfect with great choices! And the view was perfect from our balcony! We will visit again if we have the chance.

What a gem! I really liked this hotel, it’s on the most beautiful and alive street in JBR, inline with all the luxurious hotels. The hotel is modern, designed in a youthful vibe. Everything is clean, well-equipped and people here are so friendly, but professional (shoutout to Chetan). The room is clean, with everything you need. I slept like a baby. Although my room was on the ground floor, it didn’t bother me ( I do recommend having the room with a terrace, it has a more private vibe and another plus is that you can open the window, something you can’t do on the standard room). The other benefit of this hotel is the access to Cove beach club. Honestly, it was a big plus! Towels and sun beds provided, you just need to sit and relax. Overall, it was excelent!

Everything. I was mesmerised by the place and wanted to cry when I left. My stay was too short and I will be back for much longer next time!! The place is magical, gazelles everywhere, peaceful, amazing staff, food, diner under the stars, best place.

the hotel exceeded my expectations and we loved every minute of our stay. Everything from the staff, Mehdat and Sheryl, I can’t recall the others names but the gentleman taking care of our baggage was also very thorough ensuring we didn’t leave without our personal items etc. We also had an amazing warm welcome for my partners birthday celebration and he was so surprised, it was incredible. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and we both found something to enjoy and they had upgraded us to lunch and dinner although we didn’t end up availing of this as we were out sightseeing all day. The location is great on the Marina with the mall next door and excellent views. The pool was also a very relaxed experience. I would highly rate this hotel and will definitely stay here again if I get the opportunity to return to Dubai. it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish and we did not want to leave. Beds were very comfy and the house keeping staff were very polite and mannerly.

Spacious, clean room with excellent facilities. Good value. Great location near Dubai mall. Seyam & Darren was excellent and very friendly. Though to be fair, all the staff were. Peacock Alley was lovely. Would recommend.

Well equipped, new hotel. A room was clean and a bed was convenient. Mr.Madhy was very kind and helpful. A Housekeeping team are very professional /Kristina, Pyia/.

Loved this one lady called Marina. She was so helpful
