The service from all the staff was impeccable. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and nothing was a problem for them. They were charming, always smiling and very professional. The room was very spacious and comfortable; the pool was small but lovely; the view over the marina, whilst not the beachside tropical paradise one might have hoped for, was nevertheless interetsing to watch and still great. The breakfasts were superb and the dinner we had one night also excellent. The location, within very easy walking distance of Nelson's Dockyard, numerous restaurants and bars, the vibrant beach of Pigeon Point, was ideal. In summary, the hotel was exceptional.

Amazing hotel with lots of space great value for money

Accommodation was excellent. Lodge overlooking the beach which was very large, quiet , well stocked with drinks, with its own Bali bed and lounges & chairs on the balcony. Food was brilliant as was the service and staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Paradise personified.

Fantastic all inclusive right by two beautiful beaches where you didn't have to leave at all. Staff were incredibly attentive and food was delicious. Fun add ons (massage, beach dinner) were well received and done. Would recommend to anyone, particularly the sunset room for a romantic view of the sea. The outdoor showers were lovely with an incredible view and very private.

It was an amazing experience from the minute I arrived, throughout the stay and to the time of the check out. Tiziana and her son Druso are welcoming and helpful. I picked this hotel in the first place because of the strategic location: it is just a 3 minutes drive to legendary Jabberwok beach. In addition to wingfoiling at Jabberwok and relaxing in the sun in Northshore's private beach I also treated myself to an awesome massage in my room with Melinda. She was very skilled and managed to help my recovery from the long Wingfoiling session. I arrived as guest and left as a friend. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous little hotel in a beautiful location. Breakfast is nice with additional options. In the heart of Nelson’s Dockyard historic site.

The breakfast menu in our opinion was having to choose 4 items which we felt was to much to eat. Also thought it was a little expensive.
