Booked this hotel for my mom and her sister and didn't regret! The hotel has a perfect location in the heart of the city but also has its own very cozy and quite territory. The room was clean and comfortable with a big balcony.
The reception area is special with a grand piano and lovely decorations. Home-made breakfast is served from 9 to 11 a.m. at the reception area.
But most of all we want to thank the staff and especially the owner who treated us like a family during the whole stay, we enjoyed having conversations with her and listening to her playing the piano:)
We all agreed that the next time we are in Yerevan we won't search for another place!

It was hands down the best stay we had in Armenia! The terrace facing a gorgeous mountain where we spent a pleasant evening. An infinity pool perfect for refreshing after a hot day, also great for instagram pictures 😀 And the host is so welcoming, even invited us to join for a sauna evening, we're not big fans of sauna, but they seemed to be having a fun time. Alsp, the breakfast was amazing, plentiful, unfortunately we didn't know there was a family restaurant and we were full, so didn't try the diner menu, but deciding from the breakfast, it should have been amazing. Thank you for a great time! ❤️ Stay there and you will have the best time of your trip!

It is a very good accommodation experience. The room is very new and quiet, and the traffic nearby is very convenient. The subway station is 8-10 minutes' walk away and supermarkets next to it. There is a washing machine and dryer in the hotel, as well as a yard. We went from Tbilisi to Yerevan ,we didn't have cash on us, the landlord helped us pay for a taxi. He is a very kind person.and took the initiative to send a message to tell the hotel the exact address after booking the room.

Dili Vita is a wonderful and quiet place in a beautiful remote location. The hospitality was exceptional, the food was excellent and the staff extremely helpful and kind. The host organises every evening a bonefire to which all guests are invited and he shares herbal tea, and homemade wine and brandy. We very much enjoyed this special event every night of our stay.
