The facilities are brand new and everything works very well. The staff are great and the highlight is the restaurant. Some of the best food we have had in Armenia.

A unique place set high on a cliff in the Vayots Dzor region. The views from the terrace are spectacular on the Smbataberd Fortress and a short walk to the Tsakhats Kar Monastry largely preserved with large khachkars. Sapsan lodge is a pearl to stay.

Alex and his family were gracious hosts and could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was home cooked and the Armenian coffee was great. The hotel itself is a little oasis in the city centre. We walked everywhere and had a fantastic time

This is an absolute gem of a hotel nestled on a quiet wooded hillside above the town. It's all pretty new and decorated thoughtfully and with high quality products. We loved the green forest outside of our window and the owner is lovely too. He was friendly, attentive, and prepared a fabulous spread for breakfast. 10/10 would recommend!!

During our two weeks trip around Armenia this was definitely the best and most amazing place! If you like a new, modern, stylish and cozy accommodation you should definitely choose Escape rooms. The rooms are so nice designed, very comfy and it has everything you might need. Breakfast was - on Armenian level ;-) - also very good. And don't be afraid of the bumpy roads, just follow the signs from the main road.

For all who don’t expect a luxury hotel (which wouldn’t be possible at this price), SESIL is a perfect choice. Clean rooms, all new. Bathroom top, hot water. Very good mattress, fine bed linen. Breakfast included and individually prepared and varying. Can be preordered earlier as usual in Gyumri. Hovhannes is always ready to help.

It was super clean. When I'm talking about a clean place it's like room no.3 in major's house. When you reserve the room you recieve a great customer support at the moment till the end of journey.

We went to Areni for the wine festival, and had the pleasure of staying here! Amazing family, Martin was extremely nice and helpful and his father gave us a tasting of the wines they make! The location is great, next to a market and an atm. The terrace is also amazing!

The apartment was spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff at reception were very helpful. There was a great view of Mt Ararat.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hostess speaks both English and Russian. I really recommend including the breakfast, entirely made up of homemade dishes from local produce. It is really delicious. The place is very clean. Located centrally but still peacefully in Goris. Several of the rooms have balconies with beautiful views. Highly recommended!!
