The cottage is located high in the mountains, where it's just you. You can go for walks in the area and enjoy the peace and quiet. The owners are very nice, kind and helpful. We can also recommend dinner and breakfast, expect an incredible amount of food. This is not only a place to sleep, it's a wonderful experience that we will not forget. Thank you!

Great place surrounded with country landscapes. Comfortable staying with rural spirit, very tasty and special breakfast (strongly recommend!). We've stayed with company of 5 friends and liked everything inside the accommodation.

We stayed for three nights in Hin Yetevantsi after travelling around different areas across Armenia and out of all the hotels we stayed at for the past two weeks this was definitely one of the best if not the best! Great staff First of all, amazing support from the warm and friendly staff - especially Alex who was responsive with any questions even before we checked in making us feel comfortable and looked after! He really took care of us and shared his number for any questions and concerns. It was our second time in armenia and has seen most places but if it'd for your first time their tours and help would be a great way to get around! If it's your first (or second or third time) - I would recommend this place to know more and appreciate the people and culture of armenia!) Also thank you to Arthur for helping us our bags with during breakfast! Beautiful interior The interior of the hotel and the little details not only add beautiful character to the hotel, it was also well maintained and a blend of old school but with all the modern comforts as heaters and bathrooms were all clean and comfortable. Good breakfast Great breakfast! The breakfast options were laid out beautifully and delicious and just right. I like their coffee and tea selection and it was a great meal before a day of walking around. Perfect location Probably the best part is the location. It's a short 5-10 minute walk from the opera house and the cascades, which are always great. Especially durinh winter where we went ice skating. It's also 15 minute walk to Republic square and vernissage. All around are amazing restaurants so you'll never run out of options. Also SAS supermarket and money exchange was nearby so it was all very convenient. All in all a big thank you to everyone there! Look forward to a summer visit soon!

We had an incredible experience at this hotel; it felt like a home away from home. The host's unparalleled friendliness and kindness made our stay truly special. Being invited to dinner by the owner added a personal touch, and I've never felt more comfortable at any other place. It's like staying at your grandparents' house, filled with warmth and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend for a cozy and welcoming stay.

We visited Gyumri with my family and to book our accommodation at Sesil hotel was the best choice we could made. The owner Hovo and his kind wife were very hospitable with us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the rooms were clean, the service was very professional, the hotel is very well placed. We'll surely come back and will book again Sesil hotel for our accommodation in Gyumri. Thank you!!!

Everything about my stay was exceptional. The setting was peaceful and scenic — surrounded by nature, yet close to the centre of Dilijan. The room was stylish, warm, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The view from my balcony was spectacular — looking out over the forested hills which made each morning so tranquil. What truly stood out was the atmosphere — calm, welcoming, and peaceful. Anahit on reception was warm, helpful and attentive throughout. Narak made the experience extra special — from beautifully made cocktails to serving dinner and breakfast with such care. As a solo traveller, I felt completely at ease here. The shared lounge with its fireplace and calming music was the perfect place to unwind and the breakfast each morning was outstanding - Fresh, delicious and relaxed. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, connection, and a little stillness.

This small and very modern hotel set in immaculate grounds is an excellent base for exploring the Dilijan National Park. It offers spotless, very comfortable and naturally lit ensuite rooms with views across a wooded valley. The owners go out of their way to be helpful – we were running late and pre-ordered dinner via WhatsApp having been sent photos of the restaurant menu. The timing of the buffet style breakfast, 09.30hrs is not ideal for early starters (we were on a bird watching tour), but when it is served it is both generous and offers excellent choice. We also ate dinner in the restaurant both nights and the freshly prepared meals are first rate with enormous portions. Perhaps many dishes perhaps are best shared to avoid the sizeable “doggy bag” we took for lunch the next day.

We’ve loved this hotel as it has so much character! Beds were super comfortable, room was modern and top marks for cleanliness. I would highly recommend it.
