It's so close to the public square that I could easily take a pleasant stroll to reach there and enjoy the local scenery and activities. The breakfast at the hotel is simply wonderful. There is a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, catering to every taste. What truly made my stay exceptional were the little touches of the staff. When the butler learned that we couldn't have cold food, they went out of their way to prepare warm dishes for us. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. As if that wasn't enough, the hotel also presented us with small gifts when we were about to leave. It was a lovely memento that left a lasting impression on me. Overall, Hin Hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and outstanding service. I can't wait to stay here again on my next visit!

Very friendly and helpful host. Goes above and beyond. We needed air for our car tire and he helped us out. The bed was so comfortable that we are investigating getting one at home. Breakfast was very tasty and more than enough to fill you up. The property is beautiful and quiet.

I stayed for the Areni Wine Festival weekend, spending both Friday and Saturday nights at this property. It was perfect, as I didn’t have to worry about taking a taxi back to Yerevan after enjoying all the delicious wine. I arrived in Areni on Friday afternoon via private taxi, but Martin and his father, the hosts, kindly arranged a mini-van to take me back to Yerevan on Sunday morning at a very reasonable price. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for things to do and see in the area. The terrace boasts stunning views, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Although breakfast isn't provided, there’s a wine shop nearby where I was able to grab coffee and bakery items. A mini-market is also just a short walk away, where you can find essentials. All in all, I highly recommend this place. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Areni town center, which is safe and well-lit – you just follow the main roads. The Wi-Fi is fast too.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. For a couple it was very spacious and cozy. Beautiful rooms with a walk in closet in the bedroom. We didnt expect this but even our breakfast dishes got washed by the roomservice! Staff were very friendly and helpful and were happy to answer our questions. Made everything very clear and stress free. The location was perfect for us. Just a bit out of the busy center but still close enough. Across the appartment complex there is a big shopping center where you can buy all your groceries, clothes, make up,... I would come here again for sure!
