Our stay at this hotel was superb and exceeded all our expectations. It is a family-run hotel located in the heart of Yerevan. The manager Alex was very polite and provided any form of assistance when required. The owner Lora was an exceptional host and often engaged in conversation with us. Every morning fresh homemade breakfast was provided from 9 am. Alex was extremely hospitable and would ask if we wanted anything more for breakfast such as omelettes.

It is a very good accommodation experience. The room is very new and quiet, and the traffic nearby is very convenient. The subway station is 8-10 minutes' walk away and supermarkets next to it. There is a washing machine and dryer in the hotel, as well as a yard. We went from Tbilisi to Yerevan ,we didn't have cash on us, the landlord helped us pay for a taxi. He is a very kind person.and took the initiative to send a message to tell the hotel the exact address after booking the room.

Great place, very welcoming and caring hosts. It's spotless clean, comfy beds, central location and plentiful good breakfast in the morning. They even offered us a bigger room for free, which was very nice and warm, it's very important this time of the year )

This small and very modern hotel set in immaculate grounds is an excellent base for exploring the Dilijan National Park. It offers spotless, very comfortable and naturally lit ensuite rooms with views across a wooded valley. The owners go out of their way to be helpful – we were running late and pre-ordered dinner via WhatsApp having been sent photos of the restaurant menu. The timing of the buffet style breakfast, 09.30hrs is not ideal for early starters (we were on a bird watching tour), but when it is served it is both generous and offers excellent choice. We also ate dinner in the restaurant both nights and the freshly prepared meals are first rate with enormous portions. Perhaps many dishes perhaps are best shared to avoid the sizeable “doggy bag” we took for lunch the next day.

The hotel has a stylish and modern design, and everything was spotless.🤩 The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very cozy. I especially appreciated how quiet it was, allowing me to rest peacefully. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Yerevan, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and cafes.🍳Breakfast was delicious. The hotel also offers extra services like airport transfers and tour arrangements, which made my trip even more convenient. A huge thank you to the Metropol Club House team for their exceptional hospitality! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan.😉❣️
