First of all - excellent employees, who are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very cosy, modern, clean. The location is excellent as well - it is in the heart of the old town, however metro station is just 5 minutes of walking.

The staff are amazing and they offered us complementary drink because rooms were not ready when we arrived. They also offered us great compensation including free lunch due to some inconvenience of a trip booked by the hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. the swimming pool is great and very clean. the facilities in general are amazing. The hotel manager was very helpful and understanding. Location is perfect.

One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the hotel restaurant, where the chef prepares everything fresh and delicious. We enjoyed having breakfast, lunch, and dinner there every day. The hotel managers are incredibly caring and genuinely go out of their way to make sure every guest feels comfortable and well looked after. Another thing I really appreciated was how close the sea is—just a one-minute walk away. You can go down to the beach any time, and on the way back, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower. We were also lucky to enjoy several live music concerts during our stay, featuring performances on the saxophone and violin. These evenings added something special to our trip. I highly recommend this hotel for a summer holiday with your family. It’s the perfect place to recharge and enjoy a truly relaxing break.
