From the very beginning, it was an amazing experience. Even getting there is an adventure in itself — a beautiful off-road drive through the forest, climbing higher and higher into the mountains. When you finally arrive at the property, you’re greeted with the most breathtaking view of the canyon — it feels like stepping into a scene from Avatar movie. Three massive cliffs rise in front of you, changing their colors and mood with the weather each day. We came during the week end of the season and were the only guests, which made the stay feel even more special and peaceful. And the crew — wow. The service was absolutely top-notch. True Bosnian hospitality at its best. As for the food... just incredible. Every meal was a feast of fresh, locally produced ingredients, served in huge portions — real “lick your fingers” kind of food. Oh, and let’s not forget the 22 beautiful horses and the insane zip line that stretches across the canyon — pure adrenaline! Can’t wait to come back!

Our room was very spacious and well equipped, the style was very, very tasteful and carefully curated, highlighting local traditions. Breakfast was amazing! We found the location perfect, as you not only have the calm views of the river, but also only two steps to the public river-pool that is great to swim and cool off in (free entrance). In addition, you have a private pool at the property, which is a must in the summer heat. The old town with restaurants and quite vibrant night life is only a short walking distance away. We will definitely come back, also to test the medical Spa/massage treatment the owners offer- which was under communicated on the booking.com website.

I stayed in this beautiful small hotel for one night. Everything was perfect, from the interior design to the service, breakfast, and the location, which provided peace and quiet. The host is very lovely and attentive. The hotel has a rooftop heated swimming pool with beautiful views of the Adriatic and the new bridge. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay in MaViE and plan to come back for sure.

Excellent. We traveled for a motocross event. Apart from the fact that the hotel is very close to the race track (+/- 15 minutes drive), it also has plenti facilities. I enjoyed the most the SPA. Staff are excellent. very friendly and welcoming.

It had been years since I felt so at home on vacation. Vila Aurora is the perfect place to relax, thanks to its welcoming atmosphere, immaculate room cleanliness, complete amenities, and extremely comfortable orthopedic mattresses. The breakfast, probably the best in the area, is generous and served in a central non-smoking area where you can enjoy your meal in peace, in an impeccably clean environment. The hosts are kind, helpful, and always ready to offer great advice on what to see and how to get around. The private parking is convenient and secure. The location is ideal for visiting many nearby attractions: Mostar, Blagaj, Kravice waterfalls, Medjugorje, Neum, Počitelj, Dubrovnik, and many more. If you’ve made it here, rest assured—you’re in the right place.

Everything is new and modern. Clean and comfortable. The owner is very kind and welcoming. All recomendations! This will be my regular place to stay when I’m in this town.
