Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming, the room was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. It immediately felt like home. The property itself is unbelievably beautiful, well-maintained. Every detail of the hotel is selected with such attention and love, you can simply spend hours there just observing the design. Nonetheless, it doesn’t feel like you stay in a museum, everything is comfortable and thought-through. The staff is amazing, eager to assist and to make sure we have the best experience possible. We asked for advice and directions for sightseeing and dining and were given great ideas and places to visit. The breakfast is incredible! The breads and sweet treats, the selection of home-made jams and yogurts, fresh smoothies and many more things made our day! Special thanks to Frank for making our mornings so special! The location of the hotel is super comfortable, it is right in the city centre, close to museums, the embankment. Overall, I had the best stay at Flora possible and I can’t wait to return there for my next Antwerp trip!

An absolute gem of a place to stay canal side where you can relax and watch the world go by. The decor and styling throughout the property is exquisite and rooms very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet yet only 5 minute walk to the centre or a bike ride away from other locations (the hotel has free bikes for guests) the staff are friendly, informative and professional - some of the best I have experienced across the globe.
