The hotel is very well decorated, it has an great atmosphere. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast with high quality products, zero doubt about the freshness. The staff was more than helpful and very attentive. The underground Roman ruins visit was the cherry on top. Location is very close to the city center and the old town, all accessible by foot. Our only regret is we did not stay longer, this place is a gem.

I have been to different countries and stayed at various hotels. This hotel was the cleanest and the most comfortable with a stunning view and great, extremely hospitable, welcoming owners. If you plan to visit Rudozem, this is the hotel that you should definetly stay at. It is in a couple of walking distance to the Town Center and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for about 8 nights and each day I felt so much rested and refreshed.

Every single thing in Villa Chinka was absolutely amazing 👏 From the great apartment to the restaurant,the menu, the staff and the atmosphere. Relaxing after few meetings. Great views to the Black sea and the private beach.Exeptional service on all levels.

I like very much location, in the centre of island. The apartment was large and very luxury. Petko, the administrator, was very friendly and helpful in everything we asked for. Everything was the best!

Rooms are nicely furnished, all new and super clean, comfy beds and lovely personnel. Great value - I highly recommend. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Everything: clean, comfortable, polite hosts, free coffee, very nice apartment with e-control of light/curtains/climate. Beautiful hall with Xmas tree and fireplace. Amazing!

The hotel is located near the center of Ravda. You can find everything you need nearby (restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, a bank, a post office...) Very kind and hospitable owners, as well as responsive and helpful all the time. A perfectly clean room and the entire hotel. Our room was the same or even better than how it looked in the photos. It was rather cozy and well designed. We had a really nice view from the balcony (which was spacious). The double bed in our room was comfortable and we appreciated having more than two pillows :D. The bathroom was practical and we got fresh towels regularly. It could be seen that the owners paid attention to every little detail (both in terms of appearance and usability). The breakfast was tasty. On the last day of our visit we were specially served one hour earlier because we needed to catch our bus early in the morning. We had a warm farewell and we are very thankful to Dinko, Irina and their daughters. We highly recommend Ravda and Ivatea Family Hotel in particular.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, very close to the places we wanted to visit, which made everything easy and convenient. The private parking with access card was a big plus and very helpful. Communication with the hosts was excellent – they were always responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!
