Guest reviewI am Burundian but live abroad now, I know the country and that location, Urban Lodge is one of the best, if you see a room available, trust me don't think twice, just book and read the rest of the comment later. Urban Lodge is a feel at home place, the staff are both professional and friendly and the manager is super cool and available. I lived in that neighbourhood 7 years ago, I can guarantee that it's the best location in Bujumbura, you can reach any place from there. The Manager is a very friendly person and very available, the staff are very friendly and really do their job so perfectly.

Guest reviewPretty much everything, a great little oasis in what appears to be the hotel area, only a minute or two taxi ride from the main street for nice restaurants and shopping. Room was great with lovely views everything was perfect, hilton in Europe and us could learn a lot from the management here. Breakfast was fine but the view from the breakfast table was second to none.
