I am Burundian but live abroad now, I know the country and that location, Urban Lodge is one of the best, if you see a room available, trust me don't think twice, just book and read the rest of the comment later. Urban Lodge is a feel at home place, the staff are both professional and friendly and the manager is super cool and available. I lived in that neighbourhood 7 years ago, I can guarantee that it's the best location in Bujumbura, you can reach any place from there. The Manager is a very friendly person and very available, the staff are very friendly and really do their job so perfectly.

Enclosed space with beautiful garden, clean and quiet, makes you forget the hassle and bassle outside. No pressure to pay on arrival, paid at end, staff always very helpful

Food was excellent, both breakfast and lunch. The location is beautiful and the place is well kept

The hotel is excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Exceptional facilities with well maintained gardens and pool area. Breakfast was really good too. There's plenty of bars and restaurants within walking diatance and a little supermarket just across the road. Note at the time of writing the lake had flooded so beach areas and most of the beach bars are closed but there is one still standing where you can enjoy the sunset. A special shout out to DESIRE on reception who went out of his way to help me, even after I had checked out of the hotel!

The Owner and staff is very cooperative and supportive. food is good. Owner is very down to earth.

In the centre city. Convenience to walk around for eye shopping. The place is quiet. The staff are lovely and available to help. They prepare your breakfast at your convenience. Lovely food. No need to buy food outside the Hotel.

The 4 poster beds looked fabulous. The staff were super helpful when it came to carrying my suitcases. They were very friendly. I really appreciated the aircon to.

the proximity to access everywhere..its clean and maintained well.good security..the staff are friendly and very helpful..especially Mr Eraste came in very handy in everything i recommend him alot..when you visit there, look for him. there were other helpful staff can't rem their names...the food was good too and I liked everything that I extended my stay
